System32 folder popup on login

Hi all: I am seeing some strange behavior on many of our workstations. When the user logs in, all proceeds fine but then at the end of the login process Windows Explorer pops up at the system32 folder. I have no idea what could be causing this behavior but think it has to due with ZCM.

We are currently running XP sp3, client 4.91 sp5, and ZCM version 10.3.0.a.

Any ideas? How can I trace what is starting up this window? Chris.
