TechnicianApp and View Progress grayed out in system tray
Hello all,
Windows 10, fully patched.
ZCM 2017SP4 backend.
ZCM Agent is 2017SP4 also.
The top 5 or so menu items when right-clicking on the ZCM icon in the system tray are grayed out.
Clicking on the icon will not bring up the Zen Explorer.
From the command line, zac works fine.
I even tried creating a policy that sets the options for "ZENworks Explorer Configuration Policy"
We are starting to see more of these and do not know how widespread it is.
(Windows 7 seems fine)
Thanks,
Brian

Re: TechnicianApp and View Progress grayed out in system tra
Can't recall hearing such reports....
Is the "ZENUserDaemon.exe" process running when this issue happens?
Is the issue Random on a Given PC? (Does Logging out/In resolve??)

The "ZENUserDaemon.exe" process is running.
Reboot does not fix.
I have a physical machine and a VM for testing right now.
Thanks,
Brian

Re: TechnicianApp and View Progress grayed out in system tra
Probably best to open a Ticket...I cant say I've heard of any such issues before.
Maybe verify the contents of the %zenworks_home%\zapp and %zenworks_home%\share folders on good and bad PCs.
But just throwing out guesses since I don't recall hearing of this issue before.
