The PRU application is 0% complete

I am not sure how to clear out a PRU update from the system. It seems to be stuck I also had the patch get stuck at 100% bundling. I have applied the field patch and got that one cleared
out, but can't clear this one.

This, I believe, is also causing new machines not to import their inventory information.

I have 7 computers in my inventory which came in before all this updating happened.

When I go to the workstations of the 50 other computers I have installed this on I can see the inventory
on the workstation but its not being uploaded to the server.

Can anyone offer some advice (besides stay away from ZCM)
