Unable to detect ZCC Helper on Windows 2016 server

Customer using ZCM2017 Update 3 on Windows 2012 and 2016 servers.
Now setting up MDT on separate Windows 2016 server.
Need to upload things to ZCM from MDT-server (WinPE, Litetouch-wim:s and so on).
Using IE om MDT server to login to ZCC.
Downloaded and install zcc-helper.
Always get "Unable to detect ZCC Helper on this device".
Installed latest Java.
Same problem.
Using full name "server.domain.com". Same.
Installed Firefox on MDT server. Same.
Running IE as administrator. Same.
On workstations, zcc-helper works fine for all things.
Problem is that I cannot upload WinPE and those things if I dont have ADK installed on the machine I upload from, and that is the MDT-server.
So...
Main problem, helper wont work on my Win2016-server.
I have it working in my lab-environment (MDT on Win2016, but here ZCM on VA).
Ideas?

Re: Unable to detect ZCC Helper on Windows 2016 server

You can install the Helper Manually -
https://www.novell.com/documentation/zenworks-2017-update-2/zen_cm_remote/data/brx0te4.html#bz2jy3e

It is primarily just ensuring the correct registry keys and files are there....
However, it's possible that various policies are blocking something if that still does not work....

However, I'd just install the ADK on a managed device.
Since you will likely want to be updating the ADK quite a bit to test various updates and drivers.
Not something you want to be doing on your Main Imaging server just to get updates boot files.

Re: Unable to detect ZCC Helper on Windows 2016 server

Main reason was that a GPO wa blocking things to be run from %appdata%.
I have seen this point in the documentation, and tested it.
Also opened an SR about it, and I have tested to move zcchelpert together with an support engineer.
No luck.
He is checking if there have been any probs with this during the versions.
So, lets see what comes up there.
