Upgrade to 11.2.3 MU1 zac ref taking forever

We just upgraded from 11.2.1 MU2 to 11.2.3 MU1 and all of our clients are seeing huge zac ref times on the order of 200-7000+ seconds for computer and 6-50 seconds for users. Any ideas. We tested 11.2.1 MU2, 11.2.3a, and 11.2.3a MU1. Historically our times are about 6-7 for computer and 2-3 seconds for user.

Re: Upgrade to 11.2.3 MU1 zac ref taking forever

We are still troubleshooting it but it appears it might be a couple of patch management bundles that were enabled but "unavailable" on the primary servers. I still have testing to do but the patch seemed to have been looping in the log files of the client. Will post more tomorrow if that is actually the solution.

"MS 2553181 Update for Microsoft Office 2010 (November 8, 2011) (All Languages) (See Notes) (Rev 2)1085712639"

Was the "unavailable" enabled patch bundle that was looping in the zcm agent log files and causing obscene zac ref times. We deleted the patch bundle and zac ref times now range from 10-30 seconds total. Much better!

PS To see which bundles are not replicating correctly: Open the zcc, go to a primary server (devices, servers), content, then click advanced button. Then sort by availability until the "unavailable" ones are at the top.
