Novell has a new enhancement request system,
or what is now known as the requirement portal.

this seems to have been dropped, some time in the last 3 years - Shaun raising a bug...

13.3 Post-Update Installation Tasks
After applying Update 1, perform the following tasks:
.. If the dynamic local user already has an account on the managed device, you must reset the
Logon hours allowed setting for the user on the managed device because the Logon hours
allowed setting is automatically set to All after Update 1 is applied.
.. If Update 1 is applied on a newly installed ZENworks 10 Configuration Management server
and the Store user profile in user's Home Directory option is selected in the Roaming Profile
Policy, then do the following:
1. Run the rptool utility from the installpath/novell/zenworks/bin/
handlers directory to copy the profiles from the home directory to the operating
system directory, such as Windows NT 5.0 Workstation Profile for Windows
2000 devices, Windows NT 5.1 Workstation Profile for Windows XP
devices, or Windows NT 5.2 Workstation Profile for Windows 2003 devices.
2. At the command prompt, run rptool - delete to delete the profiles from the home
directory.
IMPORTANT: Do not run the rptool utility if Update 1 is applied on a ZENworks 10
Configuration Management server that is upgraded from traditional ZENworks, because the profiles
are already in the operating system directory.
