No date has been announced.
Late March/Early April would be a good guesstimate.

Traditionally Dates are not announced until the last minute.
The reason is that all required bugs may not be fixed or a bug may
appear even after every required bug is thought to have been fixed.

As a result, the dates guess above could shift, but likely not by
massive margins so something like November would be shocking to me ;>

I've tried the 10.3 beta/rc for a while now, feels much like 10.2.2 but with some new features added.

The only thing i read today is that it will be demonstrated at brainshare and public very soon after that.

FYI - A Date of March 30th was announced at Brainshare.

So it looks like we at least have an official target date.
But as always, last minute discoveries can always impact dates.

Also releases tend to be later than earlier in the day, so dont start
clicking at Midnight ;>

I feel it pretty solid and stable, especially the system update as well as the satellites part. The install and bundles also look more cleaner to me now.

It should be out today.
Most likely still a couple hours until you see it.

Folks are checking MD5 Checksums, Getting Download Files in place, etc..
etc.. etc..
