ZCC panel layout changes

Is it possible to change what fields are displayed in ZCC USER work panel?

We have been using the Phone Number field for the user's Extension. One of the managers wants to now move the Extension to the PAGER field and populate an unused field "MAILSTOP" with the user's Division and have it display in ZENworks User screens.

Is their a tool to allow to change which displays in ZENworks?

Thank you.

Re: ZCC panel layout changes

No, There is not any supported way to change this...…
You can customize the LDAP Mapping Fields on Individual LDAP Server.
The one you point ZCM to could the LDAP Server that remaps the fields to what they actually contain.
