ZCM 10 SP2 with Vista SP2

Hi All
Loving ZCM 10.2 so far, seems like most things are getting sorted,

I guess i was hoping that VistaSP2 was going to be supported with this release but we are still getting error -21
'Could not determine device type from <OS> tag:unsupported'

anyone resolved this yet?

uninstalling the client and installing fresh is the fix

only a problem with upgraded client and new users (machine wont register)
