ZCM 11.4.3 and AD account changes not synchronizing
We are seeing issues with synchronization when an AD account has a name change. Even after logging off/on, the user is unable to authenticate. We have had to clear a reg key with the old name/context on the workstation for the auth to then work. Is this normal expected behavior whenever a change like this is made in AD or is there something we can do? Thanks.
