ZCM Agent 11.2 Random Reboot

We are experiencing a problem with ZCM Agent 11.2, described here Support | Agents randomly reboot.

We are running Win7 Pro x64 workstations with Sophos Antivirus 10.

Client self defense is not enabled and the exclusions recommended are in our antivirus policy.

Re: ZCM Agent 11.2 Random Reboot

I would recommend looking at various Windows Event logs to see what is
crashing on Windows and causing it to restart.
