ZCM Agent and RDP over a VPN connection

I am having an extremely strange occurence with the ZCM Agent (10.1.3) and RDP. After installing the ZCM agent on an employee's work PC, they are not able to RDP their computer from home. Their work computer comes up for a split second and then kicks them off. Trying to RDP from the internal network works like a charm, so it has something to do with connecting via a VPN connection over the Internet.

Keep in mind this isn't happening to everyone. Some employees can connect fine with the agent installed.

It is also not just version 10.1.3. This happens with 10.1.2 and 10.1.3.

Thanks in advance,

Eric

Are you able to get a packet trace of this?
Any firewalls?

Re: ZCM Agent and RDP over a VPN connection

No, haven't had the time to do a packet trace, but there is a firewall involved. We have a Checkpoint firewall that filters all public traffic.

Thanks,

That will do it.
Here's a couple of interesting articles.
