ZSB Error 11

We have logged a SR but were wondering if anyone else has come across this issue.

When running zman zsb from command line on one of our Certificate / 1st Primary Server we are getting the following error.

This is only happening on this server the other servers are fine. We are able to run loctf and cae from command Prompt fine without any issues. This did work but then stopped working, since this problem started we have upgraded to 10.3.3 hoping that this may have fixed the problem but is still on-going. The last time we were able to run zsb on this server was at the end of March.
