Zen 11 Imaging (Manual Mode) "FILE PATH IS INVALID"

Anybody familiar with Imagining Engine 11.2.0.0? I know that there is a simple fix to my issue. I am receiving "file path is invalid" each time I try to perform a manual restore of an image. Previously we had corrupt database issues, updated to Zen 11 and now unable to restore an old image file that is located on the new server in the same place (content-repo/images) as the old zen server. Any help would be much appreciated. Created bootdisk. Able to enter zen imaging server IP. I have tried entering the imagefilename.zmg and it does not work.

I have the correct address and VM is running Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-BIT).

More information...we a corrupt database and recently upgraded to Zen 11 and old image files were copied from old server to new imaging server. Could it be possible that image files are not in the correct location (novell\zenworks\work\content-repo\images\file.zmg)? Or the image files possibly were copied incorrectly? Hmm...grasping for air.

Try img -rp filename.zmg

If that does not help, then you need to yank up the loglevel on the
imaging engine server and look at those

Try enabling debug logging and see what the logs say:

Checked zcc.log and noticed that no regKeyFolder was specified, root folder was set-->, but params for Device HeathDescription display server address correct and username=long string and password=null and port 7628. Is this defacto correct? Would another log file indicate more detailed information related to this issue?
