Zenworks 2017 update 3

Hi All

Hopefully these questions will be very quick to answer, at the moment we are on Zenworks 2017 update 1 I know that update 3 is now out/in the process of being released my question is can I just update straight to update 3 or will I have to do update 2 first? And if I have to install update 2 first do I have to update all the clients to the update 2 client before I install update 3?

I had wanted to update to update 2 by now but as always other things got in the way.

Any information will be very much appreciated.

You will be able up upgrade to 2017 Update 3 directly from 2017.0, 2017.1, or 2017.2.

Have you activated System Update entitlement? Can your Primary
Server talk to Novell Customer Center (NCC)? Have you scheduled
update checking?

My "Entitlement State" is in "ACTIVE"
"Check For Updates Schedule" is configure for recurring

And update 2 I was getting in the ZCC
Is there a log file that I can check?

I'm seeing the same problem. I'm active and I have a schedule to check nightly and even if I manually check I still see no update 3.

You are not Supposed to see it in the ZCC yet.
It may be released to appear there later this week.

An intentional delay is always set between when it is available for manual download from the URL above and download via the ZCC.
