Zenworks Agent and Protools 10

Hi
I having a problems with protools 10 it works find until I install zenworks agent I get the following error "could not allocate memory for the disc cache. Try lowering your disc buffer (DAE Buffer), disc cache size, or engine voice count. if you got this error on lounch, delete your prefs and try again."". I have disabled Group police but it does not make a differences, has any got protools to work with zenworks
