Zenworks Realm Configuration Management

Hi Everyone,

We are using ZCM agent 11.2 and are having multiple workstations that are recieving an realm error.

Unable to login to the Zenworks realm because the system as disconnected from the network and the specified credentials did not match with the credentials cached on the system

When i check the agent the dns is fine the zone is fine I can ping the servrs fine it just seems like the local windows account does not sync the novell credentials.

I also tried reinstalling the agent with the same result. The server certicate is also fine.

Any thoughts would be appreciated?

Thanks
Dan

If you turn on debug log in the agent what do you see in zmd-messages.log?

That is all normal noise.
In the ZCC, what is the last full refresh date/time for the Device? Is it current? If not, the device is not really talking to the zone.

June 26th, but most of our computers do not have a current update.

Re: Zenworks Realm Configuration Management

By Default, Devices should check-in on Boot or every 12 hrs. (Configurable, but most folks don't)
I may be hard to fully diagnose the issue on the forums, an SR may be best since it may involve lots of log analysis on client and server sides.
I don't want to discourage you or folks, just pointing out that there are likely "Back-end" issues that are likely far more involved than just finding a certain box to check or value to update in the ZCC.
