deployment status for bundles unknown

for some devices, the bundle status is unknown for every bundle that has been deployed. I tried to remove and add the bundle and checked the logs but could not find any information pertaining to this issue. Has anyone experience this issue?

The Bundle status is, unfortunately, unreliable. it's been that way ever since the product was introduced, unfortunately.
