server not updating data from workstation

I have adobe 9 professional on my workstation, I have unistalled and subsequently reinstalled it. The program appears on my inventory list when I run it from the zen 10 agent. However, it does not display when I run the inventory from the zcm website.

I have forced a full scan, and it even says that the scan was recognized and updated to server, but this app is not listed on server! The scan upload time was listed on both the server console and zen agent screen.

Why is the app not listing on server? database issue? How can I fix? thanks a lot.

It appears that in the past few days you have not received a response to your
