New policy error in Management Console

Hi again guys, I ran straight in to a new problem I hope someone has
seen
before..

I installed the Management console, importing the certificate and
installation is ok with no errors.

Then I try to create a new Policy I get an Application Error:"The
application has experienced an unrecoverable error. Shutting down."

Have tried installing the Management console both on a Windows xp sp2

client and on the ESM server. Same result.

It's another bug....
If I change the Regional settings from Norwegian to English (US) I can

create policies sucessfully!

Currently the ZESM product is not localized for any other language other than English. We are working on getting other language support at this time.

Please contact me and I will give you time frame and roadmap on this.
