Reporting error

Hi All
I install ZESM 35082 on WIn2003 Server, and enable all report items.
but I read USB report, it show nothing.I execute sync on configurarion and
return to reporting, it show Crystall error message
"CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.LoadSaveReportExeception: Load
report failed"
Windows event viewer has much error message......attached files is the
windows event log

Anyone had seem the same log ??
