makecert.exe fail

I install EndPoint 3.5 on Win2003, When I get MSI error code "1628" at

first time.
after remove all compoments, I install it again it show some message
below.

.makecert.exe -r -n "CN=ESM SERVER07" -b 08/13/2007 -m 360 -eku
1.3.6.1.5.5.7.3.1 -ss my -sr localMachine -sky exchange -sp "Microsoft
RSA
SChannel Cryptographic Provider" -sy 12 -a sha1 -len 2048 ESM-DS.cer failed.

How could I clean all and install again ??

This error usually happens on a OS that has a different language or date type than English. ZESM is currently not localized in any language other than English.

Our cert creation tool is specific on the English language and United States date format. If you are using an English OS you might have to create your own cert. I can provide you with documentation on creating your own certificate.
