FDE - ERI Upload missed every 10minutes

Hi,

We have the following problem:
After we successfully encrypted a testmachine we get following "error" every 10Minutes in the ZENworks-FDE-Agentstatus.
Upload missed, %ID%

The funny thing is... when i take a look at Zenworks. So, the client thinks he cant upload the files but actually he does.
Is there any known Issue for that, or does someone have the same problem?

We are currently running ZCM 11.2.4.0. With ZCM 11.2.3 we had almost the same Problem.
The Client said upload missed and actually the ERI Upload really missed. We couldnt see any ERI files in Zenworks and hoped that with ZCM 11.2.4 the problem will be solved.
I also checked the FDE.log but i cant see any errors which would cause this.
The only thing which i think is strange is that every 10minutes ( when he trys to upload the ERI ) i get following message in the logfile:
TDERI: ************* TDERI Logfile Initialization
TDERI: FDE Product Version: 9.6.4.4
TDERI: ************* TDERI Logfile Initialization
TDERI: FDE Product Version: 9.6.4.4

I would really appreciate a little help here!

Thanks in Advance!

There are some fixes in ZCM 11.3.0 for this issue.
Some patches might be available for earlier versions if you open an SR.

We had the same problem as well. On ZCM 11.2.4 + and opened an SR. Not sure if and when a patch would be released, but the fix was in a new setup.exe for the ZESM components. After installing this, we no longer had the multiple eri files. And the eri files actually worked! Afterwards we had o clean up the database of the thousands of eri files. Without doing so, it brought the servers to a crawl when you went to device properties.

This is a known issue that is being resolved in a forthcoming patch. There are no manual workarounds at this point. If the ZEN Database has several ERI file instances, you generally only need to keep the very latest one for a specific device object. The only exception to that is if you've used imaging solutions that take full, binary images of the drives. The images would be encrypted and need an ERI file to match for when the image was taken. Otherwise, you can delete all ERI files in the DB for a given device object except the very latest (most recent) one.
