Can not create objects and ous as admin

Hello, I have installed Identity Manager 4.5 Standard and in my Identity
Vault I wanted to create Ogranizational Units for storing my users and
groups by drivers, but in iManager/View Objects/Tree, the 'New' is
always grayed out, and after clicking it I receive "The current logged
in user doesn't have any 'New' tasks assigned to them.". I find this
very odd since I am logged as admin (cn=admin,o=mytest). Any idea where
I stepped wrong or misread the IDM documentation?

How do I create these ous? I obviously need to store my objects in some
units (like the Integrated install did: o=mytest,ou=data,ou=users and
o=mytest,ou=data,ou=groups)

Thank you for any pointers.

This is related to iManager, not eDirectory.

Do you have Collection Owner Access or does it says Unrestricted Access
on the right iManager frame?

Just trying to see if you configured RBS.

As a matter of fact, I am "currently logged in to MYTEST as admin.mytest
with Collection Owner Access. ". Before yesterdaz posting to this forum
I really configured RBS (I tought it would help). I was not able to
create objects even before I even touched RBS. What are my options now?
(after asking this question, I am going to do some more reading of docs
to fiegure out myself, but I would appreciate if someone suggests me
some step(s)).

Re: Can not create objects and ous as admin

I have managed temporarily force Unrestricted Access via
'
RBS.forceUnrestricted
' in tomcat, but that did
not help with inability to create new objects.

I feel kind of silly now. I was missing some NPM(s). After installing
iManager Base Content plugin, I am able to do exactly what I needed to.
