Error in Project Check in from Designer to SVN

Hi,
We are getting the error message as mentioned below, when a project Check in from Novell Designer to SVN (Collabnet Subversion Edge).
Issue Description:
"Unable to lock the working copy. This might mean that another version control operation was in process as this time. The server has not been changed. Please try your commit operation again."

Kindly help us to get a solution to resolve the issue.

Try "Clean up" in the version control view.

If you cannot fix the working copy, deploy the uncommitted changes to Edir,
delete the working copy, check it out again and re-import the changes you want
to commit.

Or export the objects in question to XML and reimport from there into a new
working copy.

If all that fails or is not possible to do, you can try to find a svn
1.5-compatible command line client for your OS and clean the working copy that
way.
DO NOT use any newer client like current TortoiseSVN or almost anything you can
easily download these days as it will upgrade the working copy to a newer
format so that Designer cannot use it afterwards anymore.

Good luck!

Please note that this forum is for issues relating to iManager. Since
your issue appears to be related to Designer for Identity Manager I
suggest that you repost in the dedicated forum for that at
https://forums.novell.com/forumdisplay.php/1309-IM-Designer
