Depends what you mean. If you mean

"I have an existing GroupWise user. How can I associate with their PO
via LDAP"

I'll answer: there are NGW:xxx attributes added. These include a link to
the PO object.

If your question is

"I want to add a GW account, or change any GW-attribute with pure LDAP"

You can't without the DirXML/Identity MAnager installed and the driver
for groupwise. Otherwise it's a one way sync from GW to eDirectory.
