How to user java Classes NMAS for get Password ?

I `d like to know how to use NMAS java Class to get the user´s Password
on formatr Plain text ?

Ok , now this tool , but do you know what class or method write the
password to the output file on the plain text ?

I wrote the tool, so yes I do.

You need to look at the NMAS APIs at:
http://developer.novell.com/documentation/nmas/nmas_enu/api/index.html

Look carefully at the method com.novell.security.nmas.mgmt.NMASPwdMgr.getPwd
