NLIST on workstations connected to OES/Suse Linux servers?
We have removed our last Netware server from our environment. Since the
move, none of our clients can run the NLIST utility. I searched the sys
volume on one of our OES11/Suse servers with no success. Is this command
still available, or is there an equivalent?
Thanks

None of the 16-bit DOS applications (like NLIST, NDIR, etc.) have been
provided since NW6 or NW65 if I recall correctly. They haven't been
supported for a bunch of years, and it's likely that they wouldn't work
on a modern OS even if you still have them.

You might look at the JRB Utilities (www.jrbsoftware.com) if you need
command line utils that work. John's stuff is really good, well
supported, and works great.
