No Certificate Found - PIV Card Not in reader


Good day All,

I hope this is the correct forum, I can move to the correct forum if I
have indeed created this in the wrong one.

That said here is the request from the customer; they have started
making log ins with their PIV cards a mandatory requirement, there was a
question raised about the following error message:

"Login Failure No Certificate Found [OK]" (this is because the user
failed to put their PIV Card into their Reader), is there a method to
configure/tailor the message to something a little more user friendly,
perhaps:

"Login Failure No PIV Card Detected, Please insert your PIV Card [OK]"

Thank you for any assistance provided.
