All the filters you provided as NOT returning results work for me.
Are you sure you have entries that would match?

Also, are you bound on the connection or anonymous?

Thanks for the reply. I've since discovered that I was using anonymous and
[Public] does not have browse rights for the CN attribute. I would think
the OR filters would still work in that case, but I guess not. I will be
using a proxy user.
