and not

A return code might help.

Also, you might try the password in all upper case

Agreed on both points. Also, that top part makes me wonder if you are
installing on windows and, if so, is WITxxxx-NDS the server name? If so
is it ALSO a container name or are you putting the server name in there
for some reason even though it is not part of the admin's DN? Finding
the admin DN properly is usually pretty easy from the command line:

ldapsearch -x uid=admin dn

You may get multiples, but usually only one object makes sense as the
admin user. Use that DN.
