Stuck OBITS - corrct method to remove them?

I have 17 obituaries that won't purge by themselves and just want to
check on the correct method for handling this particular case:

eDirectory version on the master is 8.8.7 (20705.00), the others servers
are running 20705.00, 20603.06 and 10554.34

ALL the Obits appear ONLY on the master replica and ALL are Type = 0001
DEAD, Flags = 0000

All servers are processing updates normally, time is in sync and there
are no other errors.

There are several TIDs around for fixing Obits but none I could find
that mention the specific case I have!

Hope someone can help!

What does "ndsrepair -C" show?

If you search "obituary" on support.novell.com you'll find a few TIDs.

If you look in iMonitor at the replicas of these objects, do they still
exist on the other replica holders? If they do, timestamp the obit. That
may help directly, or you may have to restart ndsd to get it to process.
Using "ndsrepair -Ot" may also help here.

If they do _not_ exist on all of the other replicas, then you may need to
make a trip through "ndsrepair -xk3" to get rid of them. But I really
don't like to start with that.

FYI, if these have been around for a while they are almost certainly
harmless.
