Trouble querying groups after moving RBE driver to Linux

Hi All,

I am using role-based entitlements driver along with loopback driver in Dev environment to add members to the groups based on some conditions.
when my drivers were set up on windows server the role based entitlement tab in iManager was all functional but once we moved them to the Linux server, I am getting error stating "No more entitlements" at the step 4 of 6.

It proceeds from step 1 to 4 and on step:4 it shows the driver list, once I select my driver it shows entitlements as well. finally after selecting the entitlement i could see two options 1)external query and 2) cache(cache is grayed out) so when i click next it prints "No more entitlements" in the same box where it should show the list of the groups to select and add members to the selected groups.

Can anyone please suggest me that what could be the issue in this case? Before moving drivers to the Linux, I had copied server specific settings too. Do I need to perform anything additional?

iManager Version : 3.0.2.1
IDM Version: 4.5.5.

Thanks,
Dipika
