Unable to see Configure >Plug-in Installation option in iMan


Hi,

I have iManager 2.7.0 installation, here in configuration view not able
to find out "Plug-in Installation" option for install Novell Plug-in
Modules.
actually i am trying to upgrade imanager 2.7.0 to imanager 2.7.5.
as per upgrade guide at below link.

Do i need to istall any additional plug-in before upgrade?
if yes please provide me link to download and process to apply plugin.

If you do not see the option to install plugins then check out TID#
7002140 as that is very likely the way to resolve it.

With that written, I'd highly recommend uninstalling iManager (unless you
have custom plugins or something) and installing with 2.7 SP7 as a fresh
install (available from http://download.novell.com/ ) since it will be a
much smoother install (often) than going through upgrades, especially from
back at 2.7.0. Among other things there is new Tomcat to work past years
worth of bugs since 2.7.0 was released.

On which platform are you trying to upgrade iManager? In particular, are
you using any version of Novell's Open Enterprise Server (OES)? If so,
the process for upgrading iManager within OES is not the same as
"stand-alone" iManager.
