eDiectory 9.1 not supported in SLES 12 sp2

I am trying to install IDM 4.7 on SLES 12 sp2. While installing the eDirectory it's showing me error.

File system* is BTRFS and is not supported for hosting DIB

I did my research and found out that eDirectory doesn't support BTRFS and SLES 12 sp2 and sp3 are BTRFS supported

stat -f /var/
.

Please help me how to install edirectory on SLES 12 sp2/sp3 . I have tried a standalone installation of eDirectory on SLES 12 but didn't work same error as above mentioned.

Thanks

You'll either need to (re)install your SLES12 (SP2/SP3) server using a
file system other than Btrfs and/or partition the file system so that
the location where you want to install eDirectory is not using Btrfs.

Please also see TID 7017056[1].

Re: eDiectory 9.1 not supported in SLES 12 sp2

It is important to note something which both the error message and the TID
seem to omit, specifically that it is the DIB directory location that
needs to be in a more-traditional filesystem such as XFS; the actual
eDirectory installation (meaning where the
binaries/libraries/configuration files go) are fine in Btrfs, but the DIB
directory should be in XFS.

Adding this is typically pretty easy, at least far easier than
reinstalling the box. Expand the disk, or add a new disk (the world is
virtual these days, so that's easy), and then use Yast to partition and
mount it to /var/opt/novell/eDirectory and try the install again and it
should work.
