iManager 3.0 & Linux User Manager Plugin (LUM)

Good Day,

We are busy with upgrades which includes upgrading iManager. I see that Linux User Management plugin is not available. Is that not coming or is there an alternative method to doing this. We use it quite a lot here.

Re: iManager 3.0 & Linux User Manager Plugin (LUM)

I had not noticed, and have not heard anything. The Secretstore plugin is
also not ready, I believe iManager 3.x is x86_64 now. You may want to
open a Service Request (SR) to see if this is going to change.

Alternatively, depending on why you use it so often, it may be worth
considering if there are better ways to do this. Identity Manager (IDM),
for example, is a nicer way to LUM-enable users/groups automatically,
though you may want to use the plugins for something other than basic
enabling of individual users, thus the need for the business case.

Good luck.
