iManager not running

Hi All,

I was trying to upgrade iManager from 2.7.7.9 to 2.7.7.11 version.
At the time of installation, I received 3 fatal errors which say "novell-jdk", novell-tomcat7" and "novell-tomcat7-webapps" not installed though the mentioned rpms were part of the package only.

I have installed the missing packages manually but when I tried to restart the tomcat, it's throwing me an error.

Below is the error while restarting the tomcat: -
ERROR: ld.so: object '/opt/novell/jdk1.8.0_144/jre/lib/i386/libjsig.so' from LD_PRELOAD cannot be preloaded: ignored.
Starting tomcat7: ERROR: ld.so: object '/opt/novell/jdk1.8.0_144/jre/lib/i386/libjsig.so' from LD_PRELOAD cannot be preloaded: ignored.
ERROR: ld.so: object '/opt/novell/jdk1.8.0_144/jre/lib/i386/libjsig.so' from LD_PRELOAD cannot be preloaded: ignored.

So in the absence of anyone else jumping in please can I ask which
flavour and version of Linux you're using?

Re: iManager not running

Thank you everyone. This has been resolved.
Re-installing the packages resolved the issue.

Thanks again. 🙂
