iManager not showing all eDir Maintenance tasks for one tree

I'm having a problem where not all eDirectory Maintenance tasks are
showing up in iManager, but for just one tree. It doesn't matter which
server I connect to in the tree.
The ones that show are "New Report and Notification Service"
"Disconnect Report and Notification Service" and ICE Wizard.

I can connect to several other trees with the same iManager instance and
see all tasks, I have tried several different iManager instances we have
2.7-3.0, and none will show all tasks for this particular tree but show
them all for all of our other trees.

All servers in the tree, are running 8.8.8.7 on SLES 11.3. No
replication or timesync issues.

Has anyone experienced this before, or know where I should start
looking?

Re: iManager not showing all eDir Maintenance tasks for one tree

I would guess this is either schema-related (the tree lacks some) or else
it is, more-likely, related to Role-Based Services (RBS). If you log in
the main section of iManager should tell you whether you have
Unrestricted, or Collection Owner, or some other ("Assgned"?) access.
What do you see there in the various environments. You may need to update
your collection, or disable it entirely temporarily, in order to access
that role or task. If you have assigned access, you may just need to get
the collection owner to grant you access to new roles or tasks.

This put me down the right path. Those tasks were missing from the Role,
So I just went into Configure>RBS>RBS Configuration>eDirectory
Maintenance, and added all those tasks back in from a comparison to a
known good tree.

Thanks for the help.
