imonitor not loading on edir windows. config.acs?

hi all
i seem to have the issue described in these 2 threads whereby:-

https://www.idmworks.com/how-to-fix-imonitor-on-windows-2012-server/

https://forums.novell.com/showthread.php/497954-iMontitor-Not-Loading-after-eDir-8-8-8-Patch-7-Applied

specificaly referring to this:- "a portion of the config.acs file with lines that need to exist for iMonitor to load properly."

conifg.acs Sections to Check

[NCP Engine/Transports/Enum] = 0x00000002

and the lines that i have missing from config.acs (and config.acs.bak) are:-

[Http Server/HTTP/Transports/Enum/000] = {0x00 0x00 0x00 0x06 0x00 0x02 0x5e 0x1f 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00}
[Http Server/HTTP/Transports/Enum/001] = {0x00 0x00 0x00 0x06 0x00 0x17 0x5e 0x1f 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00}

[Http Server/HTTP/Transports/Enum/000] = {0x00 0x00 0x00 0x06 0x00 0x02 0x5e 0x1f 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00}
[Http Server/HTTP/Transports/Enum/001] = {0x00 0x00 0x00 0x06 0x00 0x17 0x5e 0x1f 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00}

because i cannot copy the data from config.acs.bak - they are not referenced anywhere else in the file - and i can see the the hex codes following the path are unique to each server - how would i go about regenerating them?
many thanks
Mike

They look like a hex encoded version of the http.server.interfaces and https.server.interfaces parameters from the conf file on Linux. Those look like:

http.server.interfaces=192.168.1.2@8028
https.server.interfaces=192.168.1.2@8030

Maybe you can spot a similar pattern between the IP address and ports used on this Windows install? If you have a working one to compare it it, that may also help.
