pop up windows don't seem to work anymore in iManager 2.7

I have been using iManager 2.7 Workstation for Windows for quite sometime to configure users, folder access etc. But suddenly today I notice that none of the popup windows are working anymore. Is there any configuration that has changed. Please help.

Re: pop up windows don't seem to work anymore in iManager 2.7

The most-common reason for this is that a pop-up happens, like the dialog
that lets you search for, or browse to, an object, but you do not notice
it. From then on, no new pop-ups will "pop" to the front. Finding that
other window and closing it fixes things.

Otherwise, the last time I tried this it worked, though I have not used it
on windows for a long time (I run Linux exclusively), but the code is the
same either way: Java powering Tomcat with a built-in Mozilla browser
instance.

In some cases, running this command from a command prompt solves this
problem:
del "%APPDATA%\Mozilla\eclipse\Cache\*."

Yes. After deleting the files under Cache folder brought back the pop up windows.
Thanks a lot!!!
