recompiling sdk on windows

I just downloaded cldap_src-2006.10.16.tar.gz and tried to recompile it on
Windows XP. When I run 'build.cmd win' I get:

..\libldap\sockio.c(28) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file:
'unistd.h': No such file or directory

Do I need to download some additional libraries?

PS
is it possible to recompile sdk for x64 platform (specifically for
Windows XP 64bit)?

Thanks.
