replication between 32-bit eDir and 64-bit eDir

Hi,

I have the following:
1. 64-bit eDir on Windows 2008 64-bit.
2. 32-bit eDir on Windows 2008 32-bit.

I need the 32-bit eDir to join the 64-bit eDir TREE.

Does anyone know if replication for this kind of setup is supported by
Novell?

Is there any issues or limitation that I need to be aware of? I intend
to use the 64-bit eDirectory to running IDM drivers and the 32-bit for
User Application SSO as SAML is not supported on eDir 64-bit on Windows.

Of course that is supported. eDir is going to replicate properly not on
ly with the same platform but different architecture (32-bit vs. 64-bit)
but also across entirely different platforms (Linux, Solaris, AIX,
NetWare) all at the same time. The servers all share information over
the wire which is platform agnostic as you may have guessed (my Linux
machine is letting me respond to your query even though you may be using
a Mac; same idea)..

Good luck.

Data-wise, no replication limitation - the only thing that really comes
to mind is possible size of any extremely large stream files. But I
doubt you will be replicating anything close to actual file size limit
... however, I have never had to try to push that particular limit to
test.
