Does this behavior change based on the current active node for the Cluster??
Do you have IPX bound to the network cards??

Re: 1437 com.novell.service.ndps.NDPSNativeLibError

Behaviour doesn't change when print service moved to another node. Tried
running iMgr from another server but same result.
Only TCPIP on network cards, no IPX.

Re: 1437 com.novell.service.ndps.NDPSNativeLibError

You could do a couple of things to get more information to debug the
problem.

1st is to see if you can turn trace on the client. This will give a client
perspective of the dialog that is happening... Check out TID 10064594

2nd is to turn tracing on iManager. You do this by going into configure
iManager. Little guy behind the desk on the top of iManager display. Hit
the iManager link, then the Configure iManager. Go to the logging events
and turn on errors, warnings and debug information. REMEMBER TO SET THIS
BACK WHEN YOU ARE DONE!!.. The tracing for this goes to the logger screen.

Re: 1437 com.novell.service.ndps.NDPSNativeLibError

I went searching thru the other discussions in this forum and found that
I too had the "Error on page" in the bottom left corner. And I had just
downloaded one of the Microsoft patches for IE.

I used the fix from Tom Hafeman:

I fixed the PrinterDriverProfile.jsp on my Print services server. My
error on page is fixed, the Printer profiles all display and I can modify
them.

Thanks!
Gotta watch those Microsoft patches.
