About the 90 days trail

Hi

My boss would like us to try iPrint on our network, for managing our printers.

He asked me to start a new project and get a trial and see what could be the possibilities…

I found on your web site a OES iPrint appliance for a 90 days trial. (https://www.microfocus.com/products/iprint/trial/)

90 days is not sufficient for a project in our organisation. But I’ll have to work with it anyway until we get other options…

So… I sign in and I downloaded the vApp for VMware, yesterday…

I have installed the Vapp on my VMware vSphere, configured it and I started it...

Then I saw that my 90 days were down to a 60 days trial….

Does anyone knows Why?

Can someone fix this?

From https://www.microfocus.com/products/iprint/trial/ :

"At the end of your 90-day trial, your download will no longer
function. You can register for a trial extension or buy the
product ..."

According to https://www.novell.com/documentatio
n/iprint-appliance-3/iprint_admin/data/app_config.html#license
(URL may not wrap):

"iPrint ships with a 60-day trial license. To continue usage of
iPrint, you must update this license to an Enterprise license.
The types of licenses available with iPrint are:

* Trial License: This is a 60-day license to evaluate the Desktop,
Mobile, Email, and so on features."

so I'm not sure why the Trial page says 90 days. I don't currently
have access to the iPrint download page so is/was there a license
file available to download along with the appliance
file?

I can't personally but I'll ask my Micro Focus contacts about this
discrepancy.
