Adding printer after removing
We are starting to have issues when a user deletes a printer from our XP machines that was added via iPrint and then tries to add the printer back.
When the user tries to add the printer back via the iPrint web page it gets to the fourth step (add the printer) and just sits there. When we cancel out of the install and then try to add it again we get an error that the printer has already been installed but it will not show up in the printers folder. The printer adds it's self to the registry and we delete it from there and we can install the printer again but it get's to the fourth step and sits there again.
It looks like when the printer is removed it corrupts something and will not allow you to add that printer back.
Anyone have any clues as to how to fix this?
