Appliance 3 to 4 error
I am attempting to upgrade from appliance 3 to 4 and get an error message at the config stage.
'Recover Existing Iprint Applliance', then a warning message 'Apply the latest patch before configuring the appliance'.
v3 has iPrint-3-2019-21 iPrint 3.2 Migration Enabler Patch installed.
Am I missing something.

1. How are you migrating?
2. After apply the migration patch i n3.x, did you take a backup and
remove any snapshot before migrate?
3. Was the 3.x appliance at 3.2.1 patch level?

Hi.
I have ran through the process again, this time including the driver store in the backup. It worked ok this time without incident.
Doesn't state you need the drivers in the documentation.
Thank you
Breezer.

and yo do not need them. Once migration patch is applied, a new backup
needs to be run to include the new js files for 4.0. If you did not run
it and the backup file was still the old one, then 4.x will give you
this error as the new js files were not present.
