Ask the user to login a second time

Hi,
Can anyone help me solving my problem?
I have OES SP2 (SUSE) with iPrint Service, Novell Client 4.91 SP3 for
Windows with NetIdentity and IPrint Client 4.26. All iPrint Printers
installed on secure mode.
My problem :
when user password expire and user change password in login process, after
Windows (XP sp2) is up, the iPrint client ask again for authentication.
Anyone got some suggestions for this?
