Associating Mac Printer Drivers

I am trying to associate Mac driver packages to the appropriate Mac drivers but my iPrint Appliance 4.1.3 continues to display the error message "Check that the Driver Store (idsd) is loaded."  Well, I go to the terminal of the appliance and check novell-idsd status and it says running. So, I stop the service and then restart it.  Try associating the drivers and packages again, but the same error appears.  I am doing all of this in Internet Explorer since this is the only browser one can use to upload Mac drivers to iPrint.

Any suggestions to test would be greatly appreciated!  The Macs are running Big Sur and High Sierra using iPrint 6.15
