Can not create a drive store

Hi
I have a new install of Sles10sp1 and oes2.
In iManager when trying to create a "Drive Store" so I can setup iPrint I keep getting the following message:

Cannot create a drive store

java.net.SocketException.IPP error: 0x1007

Any advise would be much appreciated
Thanks

Mick,
The error code indicates that the server does not have enough memory.
just check whether you are really running out of memory

Thanks but the memory allocation seems OK, 4gig in a HPdl380. I ran the process and monitored. There were no warnings in health manager.
