Can't Access LDAP config

I logged in to the appliance and went to "LDAP Import." It immediately asks me for a user name and password; the root and vaadmin accounts don't work to login here, nor does the iPrint admin account. LDAP is not syncing all of our eDir users.

What credential am I supposed to be using? The eDirectory and Management Console logs don't point me in some directions.

Thanks.

you did not mention what version of the appliance but once you're logged
into the MC console, it should not ask for credential when accessing the
ldap configuration page unless you have modified the admin password used
when you installed the appliance. If you have go tho iManager and
changes the password there, you'll have to put it back. See the docs

Re: Can't Access LDAP config

We didn't change any passwords after setup. I'll check the documentation again.

Thanks
